Prime fresh and ready-to-cook idli and dosa batter is produced in our state-of-the-art facility in Manchester. We use the traditional South Indian recipe to deliver the perfect idli and dosa you love. You can buy it from you local grocers and easily prepare it fresh idlis and dosa at home in minutes.

Due to the high content of protein, it is extremely nutritious and healthy convenience food. Idlis and dosas are made from gluten free ingredients and hence can form a very healthy and tasty diet for people with coeliac disorders.

We sell separate idli and dosa batter so that you can enjoy soft and fluffy white idlis and golden brown crispy dosas.

We follow stringent hygiene standards and quality procedures to ensure consistency and quality. All our staff and food handlers are Level 2 Hygiene certified.

Our products are sold in the North-West of England, north Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands. We soon aim to distribute it to the other parts of UK and Europe,
